Flamenco Foundations is the perfect place to begin your Flamenco journey! This class is specifically designed for those with no prior dance or Flamenco experience.
We focus on core Flamenco movements, emphasizing rhythm, coordination, skirt work, and musicality in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.
Flamenco shoes are not required for this class. In fact, you are even welcome to dance barefoot! We recommend bringing a flowy long skirt to dance in, if you have one. If you don't have one, no problem. We have some extras available to borrow in the studio.
